What is Relational Integration?
The human being is in a constant relational process with the environment, with one self and with others. Our relational nature is deeply written in our nervous system and its organization.
When our relationships are in conflict, when there is isolation, denial or domination
we inevitably experience suffering.
Through the practice of Mindfulness we can begin to observe our internal processes, bringing to conscious awareness our unique mechanisms of relation. With kindness and compassion we can start integrating these mechanisms and facilitate the healing of traumas that are
still driving our behaviour, allowing our wise organism to re orient towards greater
health, coherence, autenthicity and balance.
Integration is the ground of human well being and it relies on the development of relational skills such as self care, empathy, honest and respectful communication, and body-mind connection.
The paradigm of NonViolent Communication frames our work and the insights of Inter Personal Neuro Biology inform our way of working, in harmony with the human physiology and psyche.
Focusing and Hakomi provide gentle and powerful tools to promote emotional healing.
